At iDecorators, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across Kenya. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Options & Timelines

🚚 Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only)

• Available for all orders placed before 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is allowed within Nairobi.

🚛 Outside Nairobi (Next-Day Delivery)

• Orders outside Nairobi are delivered the next day.
• Items are shipped via G4S Pick-Up Stations in your location.
• Delivery fees and advance payment apply (see details below).

2. Shipping Costs & Payment Terms

📍 Nairobi Deliveries

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is allowed.
• Standard delivery charges apply based on the location.

📍 Outside Nairobi Deliveries

• Payment Terms:
  • You must pay 20% of the total order amount upfront + a fixed KSh 300 delivery fee before dispatch.
  • The remaining balance is paid when collecting your order at the G4S Pick-Up Station in your area.
• Additional Charges:
  • Delivery fees may be adjusted for remote locations or bulky/heavy orders.
  • We will notify you in advance of any changes.

3. Important Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
• If an order is not collected within the specified timeframe, G4S may return the item to our store.
• In case of any delays beyond our control (weather, road conditions, courier issues), we will keep you updated.
